Thermal Performance Analysis

We specialise in the thermal performance analysis of the building envelope providing advice to all facets of the construction industry.

Our expertise covers all elements of the building envelope, particularly, engineered façades such as curtain wall, windows and rainscreen walls and their backing structures.  Roofing and cladding can also be assessed with the capability to assess the effect of thermal bridging penetrations that may severely impact on the final performance.

We undertake detailed examinations using Finite Element Analysis in either 2 or 3 dimensions as applicable then combine these individual elements resulting in a comprehensive study of the envelope thermal performance.

These being presented in report documents that can easily be reviewed and used by the members of the professional team to contribute in an appropriate construction meeting the requirements of all parties.
